Rental:
Per week: the rental periods are from the Saturday to the Saturday. The lodgings are available on the day of arrival from 4 pm to 8 pm and must be liberated on the day of departure by 10 am.
For week-end: stays the lodgings are available from Friday 4 pm to 8 pm and must be left by Sunday 8 pm
Guarantee deposit: 160 € upon hand over of the keys.
Reservation:
Reservations are made by a hire contract signed and sent with the payment of the deposit (30% of the stay). Payment of the monies outstanding is to be made on the day of arrival, upon receiving the keys.

Supplements for hotel services:
- Rental of sheets: 7 € /bed.
- Rental household: 5 €
(2 towels + 2 dusters)
- Washing machine of laundry room: 4 € /wash.
- Rental of colour TV: 24 € /week.
- Rental baby bed: 18 € /week.
- House cleaning at the end of the stay: 40 € to 60 €.
- Daily house cleaning: 6 €
- Extra person: 8 € per day.
Small Pets can possibly be accepted after initial agreeement with owners is obtained: 20 € /week.

Ces tarifs comprennent : l’hébergement, la taxe de séjour, les charges (eau, électricité, gaz), l’accès et l’utilisation des équipements de loisirs uniquement réservés aux résidents de l’Escapade (2 piscines, tennis, terrain de jeux, salle de jeux, salle TV, trampoline).
Ces tarifs ne comprennent pas : les services hôteliers (location de draps, ménage, petit-déjeuner, supplément animal). |
